Sorry to hear all this Relz, had been a long time since I was on the forum.
I assume you have an Akra from Yamaha. Which fuelling settings did you do? Could that fact only have caused this dammage?
I also ride with the Akra, should I be worried?
Bike is much more stabile especially under braking and cornering on bumpy roads.
Also ABS on the rear brake is not reacting so quickly as before the changes.
When the season goes on like this, I won't have any nails at all at the end.
This year, I'm going to watch the heroes alive in Assen and Misano.
Go Vale go!!
Aprox. 10 years ago I rode an XJR1300. For me it was one of the best bikes I've ever had.
But the racer is something else. I'm too old now to ride that position.Good luck with the bike.
I expect to have my bike back at the end of this week with the Hyperpro Street Kit and with.......the Akra titanium line!
And after that I'll hope for good weather, because as it looks now I'd better have a boat instead a bike.:(
Those Dunlops weren't so bad after all. It was just in the beginning and with cold weather that it was a little bit tricky.
Now, i've them replaced by the roadsmartII.
Thanks for the invitation, but A'dam is rather a bit too far for me.
And I prefer to ride my bike in the weekend on the twisty roads of Germany, Luxemburg and the belgian Ardennes :)
Enjoy your stay in Holland.
Hello Relz
I live in Belgium so I don't know Amsterdam so good. But trying to help a fellow MT-09r I googled a little bit in Dutch and that helped to find some motorshops with clothings in A'dam.
