Just watched the video.....that was horrible and never saw anything like that in the 1st 1700 miles.

It was mine and it only ever popped one 3" high wheelie. Never noticed any low speed instability, only beyond 115 when it weaved like a pig on a stick.

I never tried the standard one, so can't really comment.

as per the title, a factory option low seat, used for 1500 miles only, still boxed, and with the original wrappings. £225 from Yamaha, grab a 10 week old bargain at £125 so saving you £100 Postage at cost (it's a BIG box). Collection from York available too. 07815 683535 will get me.

Yeah, I'm not loving it, its a great bike for sure, and is a 2017 model in Forest Green with all the options, ABS / throttle maps and the like, it just doesn't "involve" me. Clearly, at this mileage, like new, all the bugs get washed off after ever ride and the like, 1st service done at 550...

Dealer has agreed to take the bike in a week on Saturday to check / replace the sensor, so lets see if that cures it.

Yes, most mornings, if I ride out of the village up a fairly steep hill, it'sll come on, and remain on until I turn the ignition off, and back on again. Oil level is fine, and I've emailed the dealer about it to have the sensor looked at.

Mine (standard) starts to get "floaty" around 115. It seems to get progressively worse, the faster you go, bordering on terrifying at an indicated 130. Definitively time to back off before then.

Again this morning, got to the top of the hill from the village, and there was the light beaming away. Clutch in, key to off, then back on again and normal service resumed. Shite. Went into the dealers this morning in Hull, but forgot they are closed Mondays. Emailing them now, as I'm not...
