Ordered the mt-09 on saturday, bike is coming february or early march, looong wait...
Purchased it without testdrive so little nervous.
Previous bike was FZ1-N I hope MT doesnt disappoint...
Hi & welcome!
I test rode FZ1, FZ8 & MT09 within a couple of weeks. Both the FZ's were bland in my opinion, nothing wrong with either, did what they were supposed to do.
The MT on the other hand had character, I enjoyed myself on it, and bought one straight after the test ride

Nevermimd, you'll love it, for sure! ;-)
I don't know why, but I feel safe on this bike, despite it's very powerful and lightweight. Probably because of the natural and comfortable position you have on it.
I guess waiting will be long but, at least, winter will be over.
This bike is like all the bikes you ever had and all the bikes you will ever want.
It is so smooth and powerful yet easy to ride.
It feels like a 125 with supersport brakes and suspension -until you open up the throttle, then it tells you exactly what it is-a rocket!
-if you want it to be!
I also feel really really safe on this bike. It makes you ooze confidence.
Even went scramblng-ish through the rain and mud. It felt like an enduro bike/ KTM. It can do everything apart from the cooking! -This is the only bike you will ever need for the rest of your biking life.
Really easy to clean as well!
I have it in blazin' orange. MCN and Neaves- zero credibilty with me. Triumph street triple/ r, -shift over. there's a new sheriff in town!
Does anybody know how many miles we get on reserve fuel?
Thanks for the welcome
Some of you know finnish even, i am impressed.
When i read the things you tell about the bike i dont know if wait is getting easier or harder.....
