I use an "Air Hawk " seat cover. Very good but adds to the hight.

I've used a top box,takes two helmets, on the tracer with giving side paniers as well. It does make the front a little lighter but in general it's not that bad. If you're heavy with the throttle you will have to beat little subdued and steady until you're comfortable with it when cornering hard...

Tim. I use givi 35 on removable frames with a 50 litre giving top box. The Yamaha panniers just sit in the shed and will put them on when I upgrade. How do you like the new bike in comparison? F

Thanks. Doesn't lower it much. generally use an air hawk seat cover is great for long days but make it higher. Is there any way.of getting it down further? Can only wonder why they're so high.How do the Japanese mount them? Cheers F

Brilliant suggestions! Perhaps a stirrup leather. Why so bloody high. Has any one had their bike lowered and if so was it worth it.

electric bikes Have been to a race meeting and they had events for electric bikes,very fast but because of the weight can't turn.Worst thing was no noise.Only found out they had started when they went past! Cheers. F sent from mt totem pole..

luggage .Thanks for the pics,looks very smart.Have you noticed any handling problems with this set up ? For what ever reason yamaha suggest not to use a top box / panniers combination in Australia. I only want a box about the size of one (LSP)! Thanks. F

hard panniers/top box. .Has anyone fitted hard panniers and a top box on their bike?, if so how does it effect the handling?.The combination is not recommended in Australia . FJW.
