take it there's no one here called Kev who wants a plate to go with their bike, at least the plate is 100% correct and not like some for sale on ebay that have a couple of letters .
I was looking on ebay to see what the sold prices are, I was thinking £5k plus, dealer prices are above this, however as I'm after a quick sale around 5k would be what is a fair price, maybe without the private number.
I'm going to sell my bike due to health reasons, It was going to be my "for ever" bike with personal number plate MT09KEV. on it. It's a 2017 ABS model with about 15k on the clock, looking for quick sale, so price will be lower, I'm near Goole, Yorkshire, so grab a bargain and have some fun on...
Due to illness, I'm having to sell my 2017 MT09 ABS (new model with quick shifter) I got this plate on it from new and looking to sell it, paid £599, so looking for money back, the bike is also for sale, not sure of mileage around 15k miles, open to offers, I'm near Goole in East Yorks.

well I've SORN two of bikes today as they were on DD payment and I don't think I'll be riding them for at least a month, still got one taxed and a car that's only £20 a year.
I've gone for heated gloves, running of the bike electrics, a bit of a nusence having to plug them in when you get on and off the bike but having 3 bikes you only need the one pair of gloves, also I've put the same plug on the optimate so can use for battery maintenance.
Can anyone recommend an alarm for my garage, at the moment I have four shed alarms, these are ok to scare off people but I don't think I would hear them if I was asleep. They are battery powered and each take 4AA and don't last very long.
I have mains power and phone in garage also a 6 core...
I ride only for pleasure but all year round if it's reasonably dry, do around 8k miles a year on the two bikes I have, most on the 09, thinking of adding something else, don't know what, my birthday is in April so I might treat myself.
The sun shone today, OK only for 10 minutes. I can't ride for a few weeks had an emergency hernia op, three weeks no driving car, no heavy lifting 6 weeks, think I'll give the bike riding a miss for 6 weeks to be on the safe side, that's if I can go that long. lol.
My 2017 ABS came with Bridgestone Battlaxe S20 evo , I've now fitted S21 evo as they are supposed to give you more mileage, they cost £163 for a pair plus £35 to be fitted to loose wheels (including £5 disposal of old tyres) I could have got them fitted elsewhere for £20 but the fitter was on...
cleaned the rotors and sensors the rear looked ok, the front had a bit of dirt in sensor, had a ride to Seaways Cafe, 60 mile round trip, all ok, although was in B mode as roads wet and filthy but was good to get out on the bike.
The ABS warning light sometimes comes on when I riding (2017 ABS MT09) as far as I can make out it means the system is turned off? I have to turn the ignition off and "reboot" it, I can do this while riding, don't know if I should stop to do this.
I don't know why the light comes on, I thought...
