Change the mapping of the fuel mixtures to stop jerkiness, remove speed limiter, turn fan on earlier. Generally make the bike easier to ride.

If the GPS is permanently connected, it will use a small trickle of power. Could be a problem over time. This is why I suggested to use the accessory plugs that are switched with the ignition.

Try plugging them into the outlet sockets, they are switched, not direct to the battery.
