Thanks , it seems that the low seat option is an option, as yours has dog bone lowering it may be difficult to calculate how much lower the accessory seat height is on a bike without dof bones fitted I reckon, from what you say that the accessory low seat is about 20 mm lower than standard I...

Does anyone know how much lower the accessory low seat option is when compared to the standard seat height ? For 2018 Tracer 900 GT Also, if you have experience of using one of these seats are they any good ?

I purchased Pyramid Plastics versions, I've since heard a couple of negative comments about their products, so am now not sure what to do as I don't want to fit them only to find that they split

Agreed, just a front fender extender and hugger extender to go Garage has been bloody baltic for about 3 weeks, it's warmed up a bit now

Have now installed the S W Motech bars which are very substantial, solid and relatively easy to fit

I'm fitting a Garmin Sat Nav to my bike , and have already fitted the 'over the clocks' mounting. In the past when fitting my Sat Navs I have picked up a switched supply to power the Garmin charge/mounting, Where is the nearest switched supply or will it be ok to connect the mounting direct...

Cheers Bob, thanks for the advice I'll look into that option .... I'm still waiting for my SW Motech bars to arrive, I hope they fit ok after this long wait I definitely ordered bars specific to my 2018 bike

I ordered some S W Motech bars from Brooksbarn parts who inform me that due to Covid virus there will be a delay in supply beyond the predicted delivery date of today, which is irritating but a sign of the times I guess.

Cheers Mike I had Givi bars on a couple of Versys 1000s I owned and they are very substantial bars, on this occasion I decided to try the Motech option ( I'm not planning on putting them to the test though) :D

Hiya littlebruv thanks for your response. No the bike is a 2018 model and has done 9500 miles, it's new to me, hhencccce all my questions questions.....lol I have looked at an exploded parts diagram and seen that a bolt, shim, washer and nut are used to attach the stand arm to the frame...
