    My 2014 MT09 feels like a 1970's bike when on bumpy B roads around Sussex I know there has been a lot said on the forum about the poor quality rear shock but can I ask the owners who have change the shock for a Nitron is there a big difference?     Installed the 2005 ZX10R shock, standard MT spring set at stock max preload length, 1.5 turns out from minimum reb and comp, rear end excellent, compliant and controlled $200 NZD mod inc Suzuki Bolt kit. The front end was a bit dearer to sort but still happy. Managed to secure another R/H...

    Well sorry to say I just couldn't get on with the MT09 anymore, I brought a 64 plate with 847 miles on the clock on the 2/6/15 from a local bike shop in very standard trim, that standard the previous owner had left the sticker on the tank and the suspension was still set in bouncy castle mode...

    p/x the 13 month old mt 09 today .... next saturday , pick up a new race blu tracer , after a test ride on there demo this morning , while mine was having a annual service . just couldn't say no ...... i love my mt 09 , think it's great,,,,, but the tracer, what a difference , just so much...
