Just a video of what the oil looked like coming out of my sump today when I drained the oil for the first time, I was a bit iffy as to why I would drain the oil before its first service as the owners manual and the dealer both say to get its first at 1000k's but I implore everyone to change their oil at what has been stated as reasonable intervals before the first 1000k/600mile service, judging by the colour of my oil and the feel of grittiness in it too I should have done this a couple hundered k's ago!
sorry about the dodgy cam quality.

Welcome CO-D, i think that the first engine oil from the factory is a mixed mineral oil, very useful for the brake-in period witch is (at least) 600mi/1000km.
So, for that reason it's "dirty" coloured.. when i'd done the first change at mine's i'd put in a semi-synthetic, just to continue the brake-in for some km more..
