Changing the 15w oil for 10w, does anyone know how much oil goes in when measured in millilitres. I don't want to strip the forks and have to measure the level without the spring etc, just drain and refill. Thanks.
Ps I have damping cartridges in both legs so capacity will be the same. Thanks.

You will have to remove the forks, take the top caps off and the springs and spacers ,just to pump out the old fluid with the damper rod. Then reverse the process to purge air from the cartridges. You cannot pump the damper rods with the springs in place.Upending the forks will not allow all the old fluid to drain.
There is no other way.

Left fork fluid volume = 472 cc (Height = 147 mm)
Right fork fluid volume = 458 cc (Height = 148 mm)
