Fork Seal Failure Again !!

Well bike just out of the garage for the new season and 100 miles more on the clock since the right hand fork seal started leaking and they were both replaced by the dealer. Blow me the right hand seal id leaking again.

Must be a fault with the fork itself to damage two seals so quickly. High Ho, High Ho.... its back to the dealer I go.

Ouch again, could be a nick in the chome somewhere on right leg, or badly assembled by dealer, reminds me to check mine. Did you get drips or just sepping a film on the chomre?

I had this problem on my KTm Superduke R.
It was always the R/H leg.
It was out of warranty so had a suspension guy take a look at it,
he measured and checked everything a couple of times but could find nothing wrong.
We even tried more expensive so called dogs bollox ones but even though they would last longer,still had to have a new seal about 3 times ayear.
