Handlebar shake

Has one had the bars weave under hard acceleration and any idea how to stop it

I think "They all do that Sir", may be the appropriate response here. I have noticed several mentions of steering dampers on this site, maybe that's the answer. I have noticed its worse on bumpy roads, try moving your weight forward during hard acceleration.....or slow down...No? oh well maybe time to start saving!

I found a bit of wobble but that went as soon as I put Michelin PR4's on.
I found they made a massive difference round corners as well, compared to the factory rubber which I found very nervous by comparison.
You may want to stiffen your suspension a bit too.

If your accelerating hard enough, the front wheels off the ground, so no shake. Go faster !!!

I found mine only started to do it after I put the hand guards back on for the winter, also there is a lot more wind noise with them on. I will be taking them back of at the weekend !
