Right, this isn't at all embarrassing!
I had my Akra fitted last week, they insisted on leaving the baffle in. obviously I removed this as soon as I got home, I dropped the retaining screw into the exhaust. "Bother!" I thought, So started the bike with a towel behind the exhaust to catch the bullet but no luck.
So end can off and bolt and washer fished out. no problems.
Now trying to put the end can back on, I can't get the Hanger bracket that holds the can in place to line up correctly, I've check the instructions on line, I've tried loosening everything off but it just won't go.
any ideas if I'm doing something wrong?
Obviously the Bracket is shaped to the exhaust so it can only go one way round. The fixing on the bike doesn't move either...
I can add pictures later when I'm back home
