Picked up a 14 plate mt09, First impressions A mode violent and suspension as less damping control then a space hopper. Got K-Tech kit going on shortly. Whats the score with the throttle abruptness. I got 15 R1 and people think they have a snappy throttle they should try one of these. I have been riding bikes since I was 6 ( 56 tomorrow ) but the A mode in first nearly saw me loop out like a novice. Bloody fun though.

Is there a ECU flash that can be done or drop 2t on rear sprocket.???

Throttle response is a well known problem on earlier bikes, usually fixed with an ECU flash, google is your friend, plenty options available for it now. Personally I'd go for someone who does a full custom remap on the dyno, it'll be setup then for any aftermarket exhaust or air filter you have fitted. In the meantime, you may want to look at changing the CO2 settings through the dash, some folks have reported improvements by doing this even with the standard can and filter.
