Anybody know where i can get a workshop manual for the MT-09 ABS.
Ive just stripped all the brake hoses off and not certain which goes where on the ABS box.
Made a note of them all but misplaced the note, should of photographed them all.

I've looked for one before as well, strange there isn't one doing the rounds.
Perhaps buy one off Yamaha? (gulp)

Took some pics of the ABS braided lines and show you where every line goes. So here it goes:

25cm braided line goes from rear master cylinder to abs top steel pipe.

50cm braided line goes from rear caliper to abs bottom pipe. Line with the banjo that has a big straight bend.

56cm braided line double banjo line connects to the 2 front calipers. Shorter banjo goes on the left side when you're facing the headlamp.

50cm braided line goes from T connection to the front left caliper. Left side steel pipe when you're facing the headlamp.

65cm braided line goes from front master cylinder to the Top connection under headlight. Right side pipe when you're facing the headlamp.

Did you get 7 lines? What brand are your lines? I got 5 but they're sending me the other 2, the ones that are under the seat. I will have to check later because I haven't removed those yet. And to check where they go, need to remove the tank. Will have to get back on that. In the meantime you can connect the other lines ;)

It was me who told Hel about the other rubber hoses under the seat and metal lines under the tank.
Im wanting to put full length hoses in all the way from the calipers and Master cylinder to the ABS box.
Therefore 3 hoses for the front and 2 for the back.
My front set up is the race version with a hose from each caliper back to the ABS unit not the over the mudguard street type.
I have said this in previous posts but sorry if ive mixed anybody up.
Im going to join both the front caliper hoses up at the ABS box connection with a double banjo bolt as its done normally at the master cylinder on non ABS bikes.
