MT09 misfiring after service.

Help!

Serviced my MT09. Spark plugs, air-filter, oil, oil filter with the MT09 specked parts.
In the process, I disconnected my ECU to take off the air-filter box.
Put it all together, now bike only idles for about 20 seconds [the innitial priming fuel then gets used up] bike splutters.
I can't rev it, it wants to cut out.
Eventually after about 40 seconds of very rough firing it cuts out.

So you lifted the tank. Time to check everything under there. The breather tubes, pump connections, injector plugs. Check the airbox is seated properly on the air intake ports and clamped. Does the pump prime each time you turn the ignition on ?
How old is the bike? Any silt in the tank that could block the fuel filter ?
