I gave my 1 piece lather suit a clean with Nikwax Leather Cleaner followed by a treatment of Nikwax Leather Restorer last weekend but I've just tried to go out on the bike and have had to turn round right away and come home as the leathers are now super slippery on the seat, dangerous slippy.

What can I do to fix it?!

Did you thoroughly wipe off the excessive cleaner and let them dry ?, i use the same product on my leathers and they are ok afterwards to ride with

Yes I followed the instructions perfectly and they've had a week to dry.

I scrubbed the areas that contact the bike with MucOff yesterday and I've ordered some Glove Glu (arriving today) which I'm hoping will make everything a bit grippier while the Nikwax wears off.

The annoying thing was I had to cancel my ride yesterday in the glorious weather and the fact that last weekend I did both my one piece suits and a two piece suit and currently all three are unusable.
