From the FJ09 forum...
A new oil cooler, sourced from a UK supplier is £576 !! It was cheaper to buy from Partzilla in the US , ship and pay import tax ($350, plus £60 import duty). But that's still a lot of cash.

There's quite a few cheap aftermarket ones on ebay.

If you measure up you may find one of them fits nicely. At around 30-40 quid a pop might be worth trying as that's quite a saving over OEM.

Either that or try scrap dealers.

Is it the pipes that have corroded? Can you get it fixed by welding or using liquid metal ?

What's wrong with yours? I created my own problem back in 2016 when I bought my Tracer.
I noticed a small leak coming out of one connecting tube.
I put a new jubilee clip on the the rubber hose and tightened.
The leak didn't go.
Tightened more and the leak got worse.
Took the clip and hose off and found I'd squashed the spout. Don't laugh.....it's bloody easy to do.
I too was shocked at the price of a new cooler.
Managed to stop my leak using two jubilee clips.
It's been OK since (Almost 4 years now)
I've heard since that there's an oil cooler from a 600 model that'll do the job.
It was about a quarter of the price if I remember correctly.
Not sure what bike model it was. I'll try to find out!

Whoops......didn't notice you'd already sourced a 2nd hand one. Stupid price these things!

Funnily enough ones just come up on ebay for 99 quid:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/124107784223

Would also be keen to hear why the original needs changing - did you take a hit or is it something we need to look out for.

EDIT - actually that cooler in the ebay listing looks like the 2017 version according to Fowlers.

The 2016 (part number 1RC-13470-00) should be a round unit, whereas that is square. (part number BS2-13470-00).
