I've got one. Great piece of kit except on the MT09, the foot peg is so close to the centre support , you are unable to adjust it to lift evenly. The back wheel comes way off the floor, but the front wheel only just clears. If you have a smooth garage floor, they are sleazy to move around...
Do it all the time, tho i must say , it's so much easier on my Thundercats as the gearbox is a peach. Both up and down the box, sounds just like iv'e got a quick shifter. Even do it in the works van.
Happened to me while overtaking at 70 mph +. Bike turned itself off but i managed to get back to the side safely. Took me a while to figure out what the problem was, so i always make sure it,s fully turned on now.
The O2 eliminator is not designed to stop the snatchy throttle, just to even out the fi at low throttle stop it being so jerky: i.e.at speeds of up to thirtyish.
