For anyone looking to finance one, I've just got pre-approval from bikebiz in Parramatta. The charges are a bit (about $750) but at 7.95%, I'm happy to pay that. No ongoing fees I think, just a pro-rata early termination fee of $300 max.

has anyone found a better rate?

I got the same rate here in Perth (Cully's Yamaha), but the charges are only about $350 compared to your $750. Cully's did tell me that by default, the Yamaha Finance guys charge a $400 odd 'dealership fee' (you should see something about this on your contract, but Cullys wont charge it so they ask Yamaha Finance to take it off - maybe thats the difference in our fees.

Sounds about right. Might mention that to them but doubt it will work. It's pretty hard to find one in stock at the moment, so happy enough to pay it as I will be picking it up next Friday.
