Fitted one. Not sure about the cable tie fixing at the bottom.
Is this a normal way of mounting these sort of things, seems a bit heath robinson to me.

First rad guard I ever fitted and was a bit surprised that a cable tie was used around a hot rad!
Probably up to the job as it's R&G though :)

That sounds a bit rubbish!
I've got a RadGuard radiator guard and it was a doddle to fit and will be just as easy to remove when I need to clean it and no dicking around with cable ties.

Ive got one on mine too. Cable ties are fine for the task. Bolts at the top so it wont come off.

Infinite for me, fastens via the bottom lug and bolts at the top wrapping round the sides, not a cable tie in sight

These aren't just any cable ties, these are R&G cable ties ;) I'll be fitting one myself at some point.
