Stock?

I had a test ride at Wigan Yamaha yesterday.
Was told there wouldn't be stock until December already at this point.
WTF.

Any other knows about availability?

I rode the MT09 last week in Newbury and was told they were waiting for 2 in mid October and then it would be Dec or Jan before they're get any more .....

Same here. They are getting one every few weeks (ordered 5 only) Since its a new model maybe Yamaha will release a small batch of bike and see what happens with reliability. Its a all new models, not just a bike built out of a parts bin like most of the FZ series...

Tested yesterday at Belfast Yamaha and ordered a Race Blue was told they could have one for me by the weekend if you are desperate shop around good luck.

Mitch, no - they couldn't give any delivery date and a bad p/x price.
Went to Sheffield Motorcycle Center instead, and have received a world class service.

Hi there, yes I'm local to Newbury, a few miles to the East. Not got the MT-09 yet, fantastic ride but probably waiting/hoping for a half faired bigger tanked version ?

Just off out for a ride today down to the New Forest.
