Have found myself to be the proud owner of a new MT09 Street Rally after 10yrs on a z750 and I'm rather excited!

Took my freshly flashed Tracer on a run up to Tyndrum, Inveraray, Lochlomond, Crianlarich.
Footage is from front and rear facing cameras attached to the bike.
Sorry, can't see much of the actual bike.
And the video is edited to music. Sound from action cams was a bit rubbish...

Didnt see a thread about this, so im making one.
After alot of research about correct A/F mixture and such when changing mods(exhaust, airfiltet and such), my Yamaha dealer called me and told me about something called Rapid Bike Evo (with AutoTuning).
Its a fuel controller like power commander...
'Evening chaps,
Just joined the forum after picking up my new Tracer 10 days ago. Much lighter and nippier than my last bike (R1200GS), which is exactly what I wanted. Well, that and the opportunity to start a new farkling project..

Hi there, just back from a "spirited" 4 days in the Germany/Luxembourg area and I found a rather hideous problem when I was down changing using engine braking into hairpins, especially on the downhill sections when the back wheel locked up momentarily when going into 1st. At lower revs, not a...
Hi,
A couple of days ago I had an accident in Newbury. I'm mostly fine. My nouse was bleeding and my knees hurt, but the head is fine. I fainted for a couple of minutes. I lost control of the back tyre in the second part of a double bend (first right then left). It was probably the 5th bend of...
Hi all, Dr Dave newbie here. Last bike was a Multistrada 1200 with termis and ecu, Superduke before that. Bloody love my MT, reminds me of my old 350 LC (but obviously way better). The things fun, more than can be said about the multistrada. Seats an absolute killer though and it seems there is...
Hi Everyone
I know this is something that may have been talked to death on here but I'm going to ask it again.. I'm a newbie to these bike so apologies!!
I'm looking at sorting the low down fuelling on my Tracer and wondered if its best to run an O2 Controller or have a flash undertaken and a...
Hey there, I just registered to this forum. I bought a MT-09 in February this year. I love it. Best wishes to all of you and always have fun riding your bike. Greetings from Munich
Test rode an mt09 this week and now I want one but I just can't decide which one; a new one latest version I can get for £7k or a 2015 new with akra exhaust for about £6700 or a 2014 with just 4000 miles for £5500 with aftermarket exhaust, tail tidy , fly screen and comfort seat. The used bike...
Hi All,
My MT-09 is the first bike I have owned and wondered if anyone could share any tips on cleaning, not too much in detail just general cleaning after a bit of a dirty ride maybe.
Currently the chain etc. looks a bit grubby so I wouldn't mind giving that a thorough clean.
If anyone...
First run out on the new tracer this aft and i am pleased with my choice even though i didnt go over 5000 rpm which is still 80 mph,on the bumpy twistie roads i think i could have got the tracer out of shape if i had gone much quicker, after my next ride i will have a play with the suspension as...
So my beloved Tracer goes in for its second service yesterday, in readiness for the summer and a week touring in the Alps next month, I'm already excited! I decided to get the carbon effect LED indicators fitted while it was in for service as I though they looked great on another bike I saw...
Hi all, I have registered as the Tracer is very high up on my list of next bike, I live in Devon, UK and am actively seeking a Tracer in any colour apart from Red (sorry to all Red bike owners), great condition and low mileage is a must and if it's got any extras then all the better, can travel...
Just have to say what a great bunch of folk these are. Have no connection with them but have been in for service, warranty work and new tyre recently- didn't buy the bike off them but I'm sure you won't find a friendlier dealership in Lancashire....
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
