A professional tyre guy told me once that angled or long valves are dangerous on fast bikes since the centrigugal force may tear them.
Is there truth in this statement?
I installed Givi DT2122 touring screen. Tall, wide, and gives great wind protection.
Noise reduced considerably. Wind pressure reduce so much I can ride with the helmet visor open at any speed.
Bugs splats on th ehelmet reduced also...
New sprockets: 43/17 installed
Hi Folks
Well, I finally installed my new sprockets: 17T on front and 43 on rear. Giving a final transmission ratio of 2.53 (compared with the original 2.8125).
i.e. 11.1% longer transmission.
Here are the results: RPM / Odometer / Real speed measured by GPS...

I do not recommend the 42L panniers. They will look too bulky on your bike.
I installed GIVI V35 on the sides, each can hold a full face helmet.
On the back a V47 which can hold 2 full face helmets.
(+ GIVI touring screen, to complete the tour bike transformation...)

Just curious:
Do any of you know this phenomena occur?
Could it be the wet clutch, the spinning disc pass the
rotation to the oil, which passes it to the disengaged disc?
I noticed something strange:
When the bike standing on the centerstand, rear wheel in the air, motor running in idle, in 1st gear,
I pull the clutch lever al the way, but the rear whell keeps turning slowly.
I tried to adjust the clutch free-play to minimum and tightened the lever-adjusting-bolt...
