It was mine and it only ever popped one 3" high wheelie. Never noticed any low speed instability, only beyond 115 when it weaved like a pig on a stick.

Yes, most mornings, if I ride out of the village up a fairly steep hill, it'sll come on, and remain on until I turn the ignition off, and back on again. Oil level is fine, and I've emailed the dealer about it to have the sensor looked at.
Mine (standard) starts to get "floaty" around 115. It seems to get progressively worse, the faster you go, bordering on terrifying at an indicated 130. Definitively time to back off before then.
