I have a Sargent seat on order, but it won't be here until next month, but I will review it when I get it.

I have always done my own work, except the 600 mile service. I don't trust dealers and servicing is not difficult, even balancing the injectors is easy enough. Years ago, my Thundercat came back from its 600 mile service with the chain too tight, when I went to loosen the axle to back it off...

TPS's problem? My TDM did the same, it was down to the TPS. (throttle position sensor)

Its the Yamaha approved one I need, as I need to keep the centre stand.

I'm looking at either the Akra or Arrow for my Tracey, but, I have seen a few threads about the Akras hitting the road, seen a few dented ones on ebay as well, how big a problem is this, most of my riding is with a pillion as well?

I have the comfort seat, I found initially, it was not much better than standard, but it does seem to get better the more miles you do.

I actually like the splashguard, no use to me though as the only water my bike sees has shampoo mixed in it :)
