i had mine replaced today. looks identical to the original apart from S2 on the casting instead of the originals S1. the replacement has a different part number so i guess a way of checking if your engine has the newer part is to check the casting mark. fingers crossed it does the job.
my cam chain tensioner has gone. 900 miles. took it to the dealer and they said it should be here next week and they will fit it why i wait.
my oil light has also briefly came on twice so they are going to do oil and filter again.

the ermax screen takes loads of pressure off the chest. i did notice a touch of turbulance around the neck but no neck strain. definitely makes higher cruising speeds more comfortable.
the pyramid fender has four 4mm push through plastic rivets. look very neat fitted but you do have to drill the mudguard to fit. looks better than i hoped. very happy.

just ordered the fender extender. considering fabricating an extension for the hugger. might have a play with some aluminium at the weekend and see if i come up with anything that looks any good.:)

when reducing the play in the cable check when running lock to lock as mine tighens up a bit on left lock. still made the throttle a lot more consistant.
first time out with screen today. a little bit more wind noise around helmet but takes loads of pressure off the chest area making higher speeds more comfortable. its even big enough to get behind if you wish. uploaded some better pics in the member galleries.
