I'm 14.5 stone and found the standard settings too harsh. I have the the rear on lowest setting and the front on 1 ring from minimum. This is fine for winter but not good for dry sunny days. I find the front gets better with speed but the rear too harsh on std setting and too wallowy on soft...
Sorry I've been absent for a while but I can vouch for the vario screen. I,m just coming up to 6k miles mostly motorway commute. I can have a phone conversation via my headset at 80mph, easily hear my music, no head buffeting ( I'm about 5' 9. )
yep there are defintely 1 to 10 settings in the menu although you can only chose 1 to 5 for low, 4 to 8? for med & 6 to 10 for high settings etc cannot adjust each side separately

Do you mean you raised the forks through the yokes? I have done this on a number of my bikes with great results. if this is what you did, how far did you raise them?
