Errr I did mine for nothing

If you are prepared to invest a few hrs reading up on sag preload rebound damping etc then take a day to keep riding same road with tweaked settings- won't cost not but will feel extremely satisfying.

I weigh 90kg and ended up putting the rear shock preload up to number 6 (didn't touch rebound) and at the front screwed the preload down to 11mm and one turn on the rebound and for me that's really improved the handling.
Still not awesome, but a lot better than it was
