more abs woes sort of.

spoke to the dealer today and they have changed the part needed so that's good, but there is a problem with some software that's needed from Yamaha to bleed and prime the system , but hopefully will be ready for march 1st when I was due to pick the bike up anyway.

Some cars I used to have to change the brake fluid on as part of routine servicing needed a diagnostic box to run up the ABS pump and open the valves or nothing would come out the bleed nipples, so this is feasible, screws you for DIY though.

Not all that its cracked up to be for bikes with just two points of contact with the road. More expensive to get it serviced too, I'm glad I changed my order and went non-abs.

That's crap that I do lot work on my bike my self sounds like abs is another thing stoping you been able to work on it
