I get a few bits off Ben and he really knows his stuff. I did not use Ben for mine as I'd done it before he was set up. I will be getting him to redo mine though as I'm not 100% happy with it as it came back to me from someone else.

The dealers put about 45psi in the front tire too, knock it back to 34 and it feels heaps better.
But as they all say, the suspension is crap, but with the price of the bike as low as it is just buy some good bits and tune it up.
Dumb question, but is the axle nut as tight as it should be.
Edit: Ok, you had me intrigued so I went and put mine on the stand and done the same thing. I too have a little movement but nothing I'm worried about.

I ended up using a T bar socket from the RH side to line it up as best I could and a rubber mallet on the other end done the rest......between knocking off the caliper bracket, knocking one of the bushes out, realigning the bush thing.
Took less time to put the new rubber on by hand than it did...
