Givi TN2122 Engine Guard - Yamaha MT09 Tracer (15-on)

Can someone tell me what the A5 size black plastic wallet is for that i found yesterday under the passenger seat up near the rear light, just seems a bit of a random thing to have on the bike.

Firstly let me appologise if i have missed it but i have tried a search but couldn't find this subject. I found the suspension to be quite harsh on the Tracer so adjusted the rear shock to the minimum preload setting, that was a doddle, however i took the wife out for her first trip on the back...

Spent a bit of time Saturday while it was raining outside cutting out the useless plastic ridge to open up the underseat storage for the disc lock & making a rear mud flap to help protect the rear shock from some of the road crud.

Well that's that plan foiled, i was going to take a ride out to MCT Suspension tomorrow to have a look see & a chat about options for suspension on the Tracer, it appears that they don't open Saturdays so that's that, guess i'll have to find someplace else to go, can't waste riding time what...

Just wondered if there was a glich in the software on the Tracer regarding the display for the fuel level, i know that no bike can be made to be spot on due to fuel moving about in the tank etc but i have taken two Tracers out for test rides & both of them indicated full when i set off, a few...

Just wondered if anyone on here had fitted the lowering kit & if so what's the recomendation from Yamaha about how much the forks should be raised through the top yoke, I'll be fine riding as is on my own but may want to fit the kit & be a bit more sure footed when i tour with the wife!
