without cat no point in wasting money when not part of mot over here. Air filter has been changed now also. Not much change in induction noise needs a dyno run to see how much power increase
No idea mate checked on parts fiche cam chain adjuster and showed old part number but once clicked on it came up with this superseded number. Will run the other number tomorrow might be warranty kit ?
Hi all quick update on cam chain adjuster the part has been superseded to 1rc-12210-01 not seen one yet so don't know what the difference is. All the mt09's we sold have been fine
All tensioners on mt09 are non hydraulic type its a new tensioner called a "half nut "cam chain tensioner the reason they start to rattle slightly is because its between teeth on the ratchet. If your worried take it to your local yam dealer they should be able to tweak it for you

If you didnt specify you wanted a cat you didn't get one. Cat is around £70 extra lot of money for something so small. Yes it will look good we turned the lights off in the shop for the clip lol
Hi mate no cat fitted. Not needed for mot and keeps the pipe nice free flowing so no point in wasting money. If cat was fitted it may not flame so much. But we have not fitted one with cat yet
Hi no mate we haven't run it on dyno and running stock ecu. Hotwheels gonna run it in.Performance air filter change on first service. Will see how we get on poss dyno run then. Does sound pretty amazing though
Hi mate removing baffle wont cause any mixture probs . Akrapovic designed to work with stock ecu. Don't know if you have seen this clip but its one of our bikes akrapovic no baffle stock ecu http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aV8qLIw2BTg
Yes refitted rubber afterwards. And yes you dont want to be trying to fit and remove the baffle too often. Will end up nackering the baffle . It fits probably 30mm into tail pipe. The only way I could remove it was with long nose plier's and a piece of inner tube to stop it slipping and to...
Remove allen bolt just above front indicator (both sides) pull headlight forward slightly, and pull up. Located on u shaped bracket on bottom of light assy should all come away quite easy. will still have headlight loom attached but easy enough to change bulb easier to do than explain lol
Akrapovic arrived today (Phoenix Motorcycles) grub screw holding baffle in bit of a s#$t to get out. Small tack weld holding it. Would advise removing before fitting due to location. When fitted to the bike the rear wheel is in the way to get allen key in. Also baffle is really tight in exhaust...
