So after a little research it appears that the MT-09 shares the same clutch as 2009-2012 R1, YZ450F '03-'06 to name a few. So that means I could use the upgraded R1 clutch? Kevlar kitted one...
Yeah mate it is quite easy to put back to stock. Can still wheelie quite easily but like you said it really calms it down

It's only got 9000kms on it. I put 50,000 Kms on my Bking and never had a clutch issue. Haven't hammered this clutch mutch at all.

As you can see I've extended he swing arm for a bit of drifting etc and the drags. Only run twice at the drags. It now slips under load after a service so I'm guessing it doesn't like the new oil but even before then it was never a good strong feel to the clutch.
