Changing the 15w oil for 10w, does anyone know how much oil goes in when measured in millilitres. I don't want to strip the forks and have to measure the level without the spring etc, just drain and refill. Thanks. Ps I have damping cartridges in both legs so capacity will be the same. Thanks...
