First mod I did to my bike was rear nitron unit and Matris front cartridge and springs all built to my weight and riding style. PDQ did the work for me. Wasn't cheap at 1100 quid but was money well spent. First time I hit the brakes hard on the way home due to a car suddenly changing lanes on...
Invest in a proper suspension set. Its not cheap but it makes a hell of a difference to the quality of the ride. Nitron rear road shock and Matris front fork cartridge kit and springs all set for my weight and riding style. coet me £1100 though there are cheaper or more expensive depending on...
Ive been wondering that myself. The standard brakes are decent but if you go down the Brembo route you might want to invest in better front suspension else its going to have you over the handlebars pretty quick with the standard fork set up. She ll dive quicker than a $20 whore !
Were you braking so hard that the front suspension was at its limits ? Its notoriously softly sprung at the front. Otherwise as said mayby a warped disc. Check the pistons move freely in the calipers. youll have to take them off to check properly. Does the brake lever "pulse" as the brakes...

I just sat on my bike with my leathers on and it looks like me knees will touch the upper frame bobbins, anyone else have knee issues with this style bobbins in the upper frame bolt hole?
Ive got R&G on mine too. No interface problems with my knees either.
Only did mine because the standard seat make my arse numb after 50 miles. Problem lies in the fact that work is 70 miles away ! Keeping the standard seat anyway for when I decide to change the bike and that wont be for a while.
Got my seat back from the Trimmer last week. Its now about an inch taller for me and the rear portion has been built up and made longer for the missus to sit on. He used memory foam as he isn't a fan of gel inserts. Feels firm but comfortable.
Have had Nitron rear shock and Matris fork cartridge on mine for over a year now. Mucho improvement over stock. Handles so much better since the mod. Nitron and Ohlins both adjust the compression and rebound with just the one knurled adjuster. If you order it for your weight and riding style it...

Really nice people. Ride in ride out service. [took about 4 hours all in.
Nitron shock and Matris fork cartridge and springs up front. All bought and made up for my weight and riding style.
Night and day difference. Thought they had done something with the front brakes on the ride home then realised i could use them much harder without the fear of cartwheeling from...
I just bought the Arai Chaser V
Have had HJC in the past and been well impressed with them but then got a Chaser. Tried on lots of different helmets but it had to be the Chaser V for me.
My head shape is no good for Shoei, AGV or Shark.
You need to go and try loads on . Youll know when one fits...
Finally got round to fitting the mod this lunch time. Followed the instructions and sure enough it didn't take long and the hardest part was getting my sausage fingers under the tank to pull /push the loom through.
Out we go for a pootle round the dual carriage ways and roundabouts.
Instantly...
