Wow that is expensive, had mine done on Monday and came to $286.40 which is around 144 UKP.

Break down is 10Km service following Yamaha service schedule $180.36

5GH-13440-50 Element assy oil $21.30
Coolant $0.85
Consumable materials $10.00
Moto 4 HP ECO 10w40 2.4 $36.50

Also had the factory flash and cam chain adjusted all free.

Note I've already had one cam chain adjuster replaced and they mentioned if it happens again there is another new part available...

Out of interest...!

Yamaha don't say it needs an oil filter at the 6k service. Who wud have an oil change without changing the filter. Madness.

btw... £182 was before my discount so happy with that and they're also changing the gear selector rod under warranty as it's tarnished

Plugs r 12/24/36 miles
Air filter is 24 along with valves (but only if they are out of spec)! And the rest is literally a check and top up and check and lube everything else.

I only pay for the consumables so I will only pay a few quid lol.

They have included a 10KM service sheet as follows:

I asked the mechanic about this at my 600 mile service and he told me that they ignore that bit and fit a new oil filter at every service. Mad not to do it for an extra tenner.

Yes mate. It's all coming along nicely lol. I've just popped a quick bit of info on the restriction in the 5th & 6th gear restriction thread and I will write a "where were at" post in the ECU "news" flash thread in a moment. Just gonna put my two lads to bed lol
