What are the colour options on the 2015 bikes? Do they vary from market to market? I will be buying mine in Chiang Mai, Thailand where it is called an FZ-09.

Noticed Yamaha US have launched a black and a blue version for their 2016 colours - "available at your dealer in september 2015"

Oh why oh why, Yamaha Europe, can't you just get your fingers out of that old exhaust...

Heard from the dealer, that no more MT-09's will come this year.
Could that be a sign of a minor refresh or new colours?

One can only hope :)

apparently when the new euro 4 regulations come into force (not sure if 2016 or 2017), apart from the emissions being much stricter we will also have the side reflectors on the forks that the americans get

Europe dictates what emission standards England has to follow? If so That's crazy. That's like us here in the U.S. telling Mexico and Canada what they have to do. And you guys are separated by water.

Yep, just like you lot over there, that have decided to fine Volkswagen for sp00fing their own software to show better numbers.

Unfortunately, there is elements out there, that just can't find out to do the right thing, so.. control is good, double control is double as good (and needed in some cases!) - and please, do fine Volkswagen, they have deserved it, IMHO :)

I thought you were just being funny. Ha ha. The emission regulations are a joke. Turns out that Volkswagon wasn't the only one doing it. If the standards are too difficult to pass without many different manufactures cheating. Maybe the regulations need the tweaked and not the cars. It's an easy fix though. Volkswagon is using a dual map. Save the map. Let the dealer "fix" the car, and then go back and remap it, back the way it was. Here in the states we have seen 37000 new regulations, written on over one million pages, in the last seven years. Control to the point of being a little weird.
