Previous bike was a CBR600RR, although the MT is the 57th bike I've owned.

Passed my test on this on the Monday

bought the MT09 on the Tuesday.

Was ok but a tad slow compared to my CG 125

There's no logic sometimes eh?

not really...

Can I have a few weeks in Lanzarote for Christmas this year please.

Last bike was a Suzuki GS500....for me to learn riding / surviving in London
Still have my TDM850, but that's up north still and before that a VFR750!

Out of all of them, the MT09 is the most fun!

hell yeah. sore ribs. scuffed leathers. knackered lid.

a minor off tbh, but then the bike slid up a bank and down into the ditch. every panel gone, subframe bent, exhaust bent, discs bent, rad cracked, headlamps broke and to cap it all the clocks came off and went into a load of muddy water in the bottom of the ditch.

sometimes I regret the change to MT-09, but I'm starting to love it more and more over time..

I still have my "previous" bike, a much-modified 1998 Harley Sportster XL1200S - 101HP, 86ft-lbs, 205kg wet, with decent suspension. Great fun, but the MT makes me laugh just as much, is easier to ride, and doesn't shake bits loose or snap drive belts.
