FZ1 Fazer, (faired) - seemed like the natural move. Test rode the standard MT09 in 2014 and loved it but waited a year to get money together and just thought I'd have to get a screen and a centre stand and wished it had a slightly bigger tank. Clearly Santa thought I'd been good during that year as when the money was there so was the Tracer..............

FZ600 S1, Honda CBF 1000 GT, Kawasaki Z1000SX , FZ600 S2, FZ1, MT-09 this lot is from 2007 when I got back into biking. Most boring bike out of this lot was the CBF 1000 GT great for touring , just as long as you carried a spare stator, Most exciting and best looking bike the Z1000SX , the MT 09 is just fun fun fun and about right for an old fart.

God I love my Mk 2 FZS600

In fact, I'm still riding it! (70,000 miles later,,)

Yamaha R1 and a Suzuki Bandit 650s

The Bandit was sold.
I still had the Bandit about a month after I got my Tracer. Took in on one last run to drop it off with the buyer.
Jebus! It felt like I was riding a WW2 torpedo in comparison.

Still have a love/hate relationship with my R1

Had a 2008 R1200GS before my Race Blue Tracer.
A great bike for trips to Europe 2-up but eventually got bored rigid with it.
Tracer is much more enjoyable but I'm struggling with the harsh suspension.
Having a lot of fun on it but not tried it with the mrs on the back yet.

XJR1300. Great bike and does it all, very quickly and comfortably, but too heavy for an old man like me.

Triumph Tiger 800 XC - Great bike but I felt I needed a more sports type bike which is a great all rounder so the Tracer won. The Tracer is a great bike so I made the right choice.
