DVLA has made my bike a MT-07

Just got my V5 through the door, quick considering its brand new and I only got it 5 days ago. Had a good look through the V5 as you do.

MT-09 Tracer
689 cc

Some cc's are missing me thinks!

Phoned the shop and their paperwork is correct.....

On the phone to DVLA now, lets hope this can be sorted easily. Doh!

Was told by DVLA that I have to get the manufacturer to prove its the wrong engine size on 'Headed Yamaha Paper ' , amend section 7 of my V5 and send it back to them, it should take about 4 weeks!

Have you checked how many cylinders you've got!! I wouldn't worry it soon be sorted.

Vehicles are registered by the dealer electronically. Their paperwork may be correct but most likely they cocked up when they registered the bike. Check the VIN is correct on the V5 too.
