Needed a new front brake lever for Carol's Hornet 600 having tried to straighten it, after she bent it - and of course it snapped!
None of the local dealers had one in stock but Bill Smith's in Chester reckoned they could get it next day.
Ordered (and paid) over the 'phone at 2:45pm on a Friday afternoon
Took a call from their parts guy at 8:50 am the next day - which most will realise was a Saturday - to tell me it was available to collect.
Not only did it arrive remarkably quickly - it was actually the correct one as well (there's lots of different variants which aren't interchangeable) so big thanks to Bill Smith's, Chester for great service which saved my bacon as SWMBO wanted the bike on the Sunday
