Spotted an open letter on Facebook yesterday. Guy Martin has said he will not ride the TT in 2016. Guy says he has had time to reflect while he was recovering from his accident at the 2015 UGP.
He is wanting to do other stuff outside of road racing and has decided for now to take a time out.
Good luck to the fella he has been a great competitor for the last 11 years or so. Personally I think he is making the right decision, as a rule road racing takes no prisoners and Guy has had his fair share of big offs.

Ha! I think the very same each year at the start of qualification! It's pretty hairy in places, but once off the glacier, the alpine sections are gnarly, technical and fast, so great fun.
