Fatbar of Tracer is some cm wider than the MT's.
So, for that reason i think that is more difficult to put them on 09.
Consider the fact that the bike may start "dancing" at high speeds as this happening in Tracer allready...

As someone who's looking to buy a Tracer I've read lots of reviews.
One common comment from anyone who's ridden one in cold conditions is that the handguards are not very big and are not effective at keeping your pinkies warm.
So maybe it would be better to look elsewhere - especially if the Givi ones are bigger (and less £s)?
