Loose throttle. Cable tighten doesn't help

Basically I have tighten my throttle cable and it's more responsive now. But I still have a gap in the throttle before it engage the engine. I have upload the video. Let me know if I'm able to reduce this freeplay. That is too much for me.

Turn it Anti clockwise you have too much play

Any idea why we'd need it? I don't remember anything in the manual mentioning it.

I eliminated all the slack I had after parking it tonight, might have to release a bit if that's the case.

I believe they want a little bit of play there so there isn't permanent tension in the cables...cud be wrong tho lol.
