What are this two pipes for and is stuff supposed to be coming out of them?

I am completely solidary with you! The other day after taking out the fuel tank to install dna air filter, i thought that i had unplugged it, because never noticed them...

They are just overflow pipes... nothing to worry about

Ones for water, the other petrol. Don't drink from wrong one !

If your bike is full of fuel, and you park it in the sun, its possible petrol may drip out of the overflow pipe. Nothing to worry about, just the petrol expands when hot.
Mone has done it a few times. I think the other pipe will be a breather for the air filter, if your bike blows oil back into the airbox, it will come out of the other overflow.
I think the coolant overflow is the other side, near the expansion chamber

yeah, had a fight with the expansion chamber today.

long story short, it is hard to see if it is full or empty when its totally full.
