Okay fuel consumption again

So decided to check my MPG or Litres per KM. The.photos hopefully attached show the fuel guage just as it clicked over onto the second to last segment. So doing a conversation at 4.54 litres to a gallon and dividing 206 kms by 8 x5 gives me 128.75 miles which means I averaged 53.64 MPG. I was riding in STD mode and sticking to National speed limits so at times hitting 75MPH for short periods.
Okay I know the gauge is showing one segment only but that is the bike on the side stand, trust me it had just clicked over onto the second from last segment. Oh and that was the necked full, even a dribble out the breather pipe.

I generally have the same numbers.. Yamaha has done good job in MT's triple engine fuel efficiency.

I wasn't getting many miles to the gallon north of 9k revs in all 6 gears and A-mode at Cataluyna earlier this week

I average 55mpg thrashing the tits off it everywhere.

I never look but if I go out for a ride I always have to put petrol in .
