I can't take any credit for this, I simply emailed Scottoiler tech support for some info and within an hour they had sent all these tips on fitting back to me.

At some point I believe a fancy version of this will appear on their website.....
Wait till there’s very little fuel in the fuel tank and have a pal handy to hold it while you undo the quick release fuel line connector underneath. This will allow you access to the air box and then the throttle bodies.
The vacuum connection is just a case of removing a rubber cap from one of three spigot (we chose the one on the right (as you sit on the bike).
