rear shock replacement

Hi Guys/girls, can anyone advise me if the rear shock of an r6 will fit my mt09 if not what others will fit looking for a cheaper way rather than buying new. (life's to short to grow up) Lou

i heard a rumour about the z1000 shock going in there but havnt had time to investigate more. ohlins do 1 and maxton are supposed to be on the case. theres a hyperpro on ebay at £465 but only has rebound. that works a treat on my ER6.
