That'll be me then.
I've had the C3 for the past 5 years, loved that and it's never needed a visor or insert. I swapped it early this year for the pro version, which is I've found even better. It shrugs off the wind from the 09 and gives me no head wobble unlike my Arai.

I've just looked what I paid for mine in June
£359.10 so if they honour their pledge on your price it is a cheap one !

How long did it take them to get back to you? It's been 3 working days now since I had the confirmation email back they were looking at it.
